学生 can follow this step-by-step guide to apply for graduation and prepare to attend a WVC graduation ceremony.
请注意: All graduates must apply for graduation regardless of whether you choose to participate in a WVC graduation ceremony.
To receive a degree or certificate from 欧洲杯买球app平台 Valley College, you must earn at least 30 college level credits at WVC 和 hold a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.00 or higher for all college-level WVC courses applicable to the degree or certificate.

A note about incoming transfer credit
Incoming transfer credits from other colleges and universities should be evaluated as soon as you have registered for your first quarter at WVC. 如果你有转学 credit that has not been evaluated and you need these credits to graduate, please submit a request for evaluation form (Academic Program Evaluation or Vocational Program Evaluation) as soon as possible. You must have official transcripts from all of the other schools you have attended on file with the admissions and registration office before your transfer credits can be evaluated. Call 682-6839 or 682-6835 for more 信息.If you have completed the program requirements during the fall 2024, or winter 2024 quarters and/or anticipate completing program requirements during spring 2024 or summer 2024 quarters you are eligible to participate in the June 2024 commencement ceremony.
WVC offers exceptions to graduates completing programs in fall 2024 who need to attend the June 2024 commencement ceremony. To request an exception, please email graduation@mingzhao.net.
The deadline for student names in the commencement program is Wednesday, May 1, 2024. If you apply to graduate after that date, you are still eligible to participate in the event, but your name will not appear in the commencement program.

You should apply to graduate by completing the "Application for Degree/Certificate" form as soon as you have registered for your final quarter. 提交 Application for Degree/Certificate. You can also submit the Application in person at the 登记 office.
Completing the application process is the only way to have your degree or certificate recorded on your transcript at WVC. It does not obligate you to go to a graduation ceremony held each June.
Deadlines to apply for graduation:

- 春季:5月1日
The evaluation process for graduation applications begins after grades have been posted 在学生成绩单上. You will be notified whether or not you have met all the requirements for graduation after grades have been posted. 检查 校历 to see when grades are posted for each quarter.

Additional or re-printed diplomas can be ordered through the admissions/registration 6美元办公室.00每. To order an additional diploma, use the Application for Degree/Certificate form.
- Indicate on this form which degree you have earned and how many additional diplomas 你正在支付

- Attach the receipt of payment to the Application for Degree/Certificate form and return it to the admissions/registration office
The diploma will arrive in two to three weeks.
