In order to ensure operational stability and help defray administrative costs, a fee

A simple donation of cash, which includes checks given in person or sent by mail,

A gift of shares of common stock that you own. The stock will be sold by the WVC基金会
and the net proceeds used for the purpose you have specified for your gift.
A simple bequest in which you write a will which passes some of your estate to the
WVC基金会 upon your death to be placed into a designated fund, or a fund that

A Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT) in which you would provide a gift of cash, stock
or real property to the WVC基金会. The money (or proceeds from the sale of your
gift) would be invested by the 基金会 and a certain percentage would be sent to
you each year as an annuity payment. The payments would continue until you (and your
spouse, if desired) pass away at which point the amount remaining in the trust would
be used for the purpose you have specified for your gift.
A revocable living trust in which you establish a trust which will benefit the WVC
基金会. Into that trust you place a portion of your assets. 你死后
assets in the trust would pass to the 基金会 and used for the purpose you have
specified or placed into the fund or funds you have 确认.
A life estate agreement in which you donate your home to the WVC基金会 who in
turn grants you the right to live in the home until you die. At that point the home
is sold by the 基金会 and the proceeds would be used for the purpose you have
specified or placed into the fund or funds you have 确认.
A life insurance policy in which you would buy a policy and donate it to the WVC基金会.
The WVC基金会 would hold the policy until your death at which point it would
be cashed in and the proceeds would be used for the purpose you have specified or
placed into the fund or funds you have 确认. Alternatively you could simply
name the 基金会 as the beneficiary of an existing policy. 你死后
same thing would occur.
A donation of real estate or other tangible gift such as silverware, art, etc. 一次
in the hands of the 基金会 such a gift would be sold and the proceeds would be
used for the purpose you have specified or placed into the fund or funds you have
